Work With Me

Move Forward With Greater Clarity, Balance & Purpose

Sometimes we know something in our lives needs to change, but figuring out what to change—or where to begin—is the difficult part.

My approach to coaching is personal, practical, and centered on the whole person. Together, we look at what is happening in your life, identify what matters most, and create realistic steps that can help you move forward with greater confidence and intention.

Depending on your needs, our work may focus on health and wellness, family and relationships, major life transitions, personal goals, spiritual well-being, or simply creating more balance between all the competing parts of life.

A Whole-Person Approach

What would you like to work on?

Health & Wellness Coaching

Feeling better often begins with understanding the everyday habits that support your physical, mental, and spiritual well-being.

Health and wellness coaching may help you create practical, sustainable changes involving:

  • Nutrition and healthier food choices
  • Movement and physical activity
  • Sleep habits and recovery
  • Stress management
  • Energy and daily routines
  • Goal setting and accountability
  • Developing healthier, more sustainable habits
  • Creating greater balance in body, mind, and spirit

Family & Life Coaching

Some of life’s most difficult seasons have very little to do with knowing what we should do. The challenge is finding the clarity, courage, and support to actually move forward.

Family and life coaching may focus on:

  • Family and relationship dynamics
  • Blended families and parenting
  • Divorce and major life transitions
  • Grief, loss, crisis, and hardship
  • Balancing professional and personal life
  • Making important decisions
  • Setting priorities and meaningful goals
  • Discovering purpose in a new season of life
  • Strengthening personal and spiritual well-being
Body · Mind · Relationships · Faith

Your life doesn’t happen in separate compartments.

What happens in one area of life often affects everything else. Stress can influence sleep. Relationships can affect our health and productivity. A major transition can change the way we see ourselves, our priorities, and even our sense of purpose.

That’s why I don’t believe coaching should always isolate one problem from the rest of your life.

My experience includes health and nutrition, family dynamics, blended families, parenting, divorce recovery, transitions, grief and loss, crisis and hardship, stress, recovery, wellness, and spiritual growth.

The goal isn’t perfection. It’s helping you understand where you are, where you want to go, and what practical changes can help you get there.

Is Coaching Right for You?

You don’t have to be in crisis to want something to change.

Coaching can be valuable when life is difficult, but it can be equally valuable when life is simply busy, complicated, or no longer moving in the direction you want.

Coaching may be a good fit if you want to:

  • Create greater balance between work, family, and personal well-being
  • Turn around a difficult situation
  • Make an important decision with greater clarity
  • Set meaningful goals and stay accountable to them
  • Improve habits that are no longer serving you
  • Create healthier relationships
  • Navigate a significant transition
  • Reconnect with your priorities, values, or sense of purpose
  • Move from feeling stuck to taking practical action
How Coaching Works

A personal process built around where you are now.

Every person’s circumstances are different, so coaching is individualized rather than built around a one-size-fits-all program. Our work begins by identifying the areas of your life that matter most and determining what meaningful progress looks like for you.

01

Evaluate

Look honestly at what’s working, what isn’t, and where you want something to change.

02

Clarify

Identify your priorities and establish goals that are meaningful and realistic.

03

Create a Plan

Develop practical next steps, resources, habits, and strategies designed around your situation.

04

Move Forward

Use encouragement, perspective, and accountability to turn those intentions into meaningful change.

Personal & Individualized

What can we work on together?

You bring the questions, circumstances, decisions, or goals that matter most to you. I help you step outside the noise, look at the bigger picture, identify possibilities, and develop practical ways to move forward.

Depending on your needs, our work may include goal setting, wellness education, research and resources, problem-solving, practical lifestyle changes, encouragement, and accountability.

The format and frequency of coaching can be determined based on your goals and the kind of support that will be most helpful.

Take the Next Step

What would you like to change?

Whether you’re navigating a difficult season, pursuing a new goal, or simply ready for something in your life to be different, a conversation is a good place to begin.
